How do I order fruit and veg?
Where is covered by free delivery?
The following postcodes of central London are covered by free delivery, SE,E,EC,W,WC,NW,SW & N. Outside this range we have to levy a delivery charge to cover our extra costs. We only deliver within the M25 so we can't accept orders from beyond this limit.

How often can I get my home fruit & veg delivery?
If you are ordering regularly we recommend that you have your home fruit and veg deliveries twice a week. This will ensure that the fruits and vegetables are always as fresh as possible and tastes great. For larger quantities we can even deliver daily.
Delivery can be arranged for your home fruit and veg to arrive between 9am and 5pm each day you require it.
Alternatively, we can leave your box somewhere safe (a shed, communal entrance reception) or left with your property caretaker.

What's the fruit and veg quality like?
We strive to maintain the highest quality of fruit and veg possible. All fruit and veg is delivered to us daily and we supply it fresh the same day.
We are so confident in the quality of our fruit and veg, we will gladly replace or refund any fruit and veg that has been delivered and you are not satisfied with.

Can I make adjustments?
Your home fruit and veg order can be altered with just 24 hours notice. For fruit basket delivery, you can make amendments with 24 hours notice too.

How can I pay?
For one off orders we accept payments through Google checkout, a secure online transaction system run by Google or if you want to set up a recurring order you can pay by direct debit or standing order.
If all else fails you can pay over the phone with a credit card or by bank transfer.
