✓ 1 teaspoon baking powder

✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla
✓ ½ cup vegetable oil
✓ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How to put together:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.In a medium bowl combine: the flour, the baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl cream together 2 eggs and sugar. Stir in the mashed bananas, the vanilla, oil and cinnamon. Stir in the flour mixture, a third at a time, until just combined.
Pour the batter into a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and bake for about an hour.
