- 125ml Apple Juice
- 150g cooked and chopped carrots
- 30g Applesauce
- 1/4 inch Piece of Ginger Root, Peeled
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Salt to Taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Method: Combine the apple juice, carrots, applesauce, ginger root and cinnamon in a blender and pulse from low to high until creamy and smooth.
Season with salt and cayenne pepper to your taste – battle the sunshine and see how hot you can go!

- 85g of Steamed Broccoli
- 250ml Cranberry Juice
- 125g Low-fat Plain Yogurt

- 200g Tomatoes - Chopped
- 125ml Tomato Juice
- 70ml Apple Juice
- 75g Carrots - Chopped
- 25g Celery - Chopped
- Hot Sauce to Taste
Method: Pop all the vegetables, fruit and juice in the blender and pulse until thick. Pour over ice and add hot sauce to taste.
