Basket returns and Collections
Please note: Baskets must be returned at the next delivery or within two weeks from delivery date or you will be charged £6 per basket.
We can arrange return of baskets upon your next delivery or specified Collection time.
As a sustainable company we aim to reduce waste where possible by recycling our baskets.
Our Recycling and Plastic Policy
We recycle baskets and reuse boxes… first to customers, then they are re-used by other small businesses in our area, and once we can no longer extend their life, they are squashed and recycled.
We will always choose paper over plastic, wherever possible. We will never “repackage” in cardboard to give the illusion of a zero plastic. We pack our loose produce using much less plastic than shopping at supermarket! You can read more about our company and its values here.
